All Our customers have well defined service level agreements (SLA) that fit virtually any budget while address business needs.

RDBA services include:

• 24×7 Production Database availability monitoring: database up/down and relevant services
• DB server hardware monitoring 24×7: disk space, CPU and Memory utilization and server performance(relevant to the database parameters).
• Preventive database monitoring: logs, space allocation and space management of database structure (tables, tablespaces, datafiles, file groups).
• Database performance monitoring
• Fault Management and monitoring: user locks, runway processes, etc.
• Fixing critical database problems emerging in the course of normal and abnormal operations
• Back-up process strategy: Planning, Implementation, Regular monitoring and maintenance
• Response time to the database critical alerts/or emergencies within 15 to 30 min. range
• Database software upgrades, fixes, and patches and reinstallation
• Light Database performance tuning and performance optimization work of existing application and SQL
• Development server(s) support on as needed-on-demand basis. Business hours only, no monitoring of dev servers
• Custom application/scripts monitoring

Typical price structure:

• $150/per month per each database instance
• 10 hours per month of free consulting included
• 1 year SLA minimum
• Volume discounts start from 3 instances
• All prices are subject to change

For Remote DBA Services ,We also charge our client on Hourly basis

• Only $10/hour for each single Oracle database instance.
• Only $10/hour for MySQL,Posgress ,MS-SQL server and MS-access Database health check.
• Only $20/hour for each RAC database instance.
• Only $15/hour for each standby instance.
• Only $25/hour for each RAC database standby instance.
• Only $15/hour for Periodic performance analysis & identification of tuning activities
